Replaced sump pipe on Sat night - and did not charge for emergency service. Excellant experience and provides thorough explanation of all of the issues. Coming back this week to install backup pump and new water heater

I called after 6pm and expected to get an answering machine, but instead Paul answered! He came the very next day. He took the time to explain the work to be completed and what could wait as we're doing renovations to our home. We will be using Paul for future plumbing and recommending him to family and friends. Paul was able to fit me into his already busy schedule and gave me updates throughout the day as to when he'd be able to stop by. He was kind, courteous, knowledgable, and fixed our issue pretty quickly. He was honest and upfront about the price and gave me some free advice about another plumbing issue I have. Toilet repair. Replaced flush valve seal on kohler toilet.
Replaced ejector pump, repiped the discharge line back to the sewer and made a repair to over sewer pipe that was leaking.
Replace leaking water pipes to water softener.
Install new frost proof exterior hose bibb
Toilet repair and shower repair. Replace leaking morning cartridge and inside of toilet tank.
Supply and install new Bradford White water heater and thermal expansion tank.
Installed new Bradford White 50 gallon water heater.
Clear blockage in suction line with small drain cleaning machine.
